My problem is that the blades aren't moving

Hi, when setting the blades up I was told to set the right hand side a fraction higher than the left, as when the clipper is running it doesn't move in a perfectly straight line, because the armature is on a pivet.. When you do this and turn the clipper on and look at the blades, it appears to be a straight line. Is this true or is it an optical illusion? Thanks.

Even though it was posted some time ago, I've actually been so blessed by the Lord in getting into giving myself haircuts, many many years later as a young dude. I really like getting jiggy with a nice, crispy line- up after the fade. I've got some t- outliners, nothing to fancy like the Andis, but could be better. Thanks for the video.

Larry, Thank you for posting this video. You correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem I had with my Andis Master Clippers. I had my Andis Master Clippers for over 10 years without any issues or complaints. After many years, I thought My Clippers were dead. Again, Thank You.

Well, I have just saved £££'s replacing a 20yo Super Taper in 2024. This video gave me the insight I needed to self service and make my clipper purr again, Kudos Larry.

Isn't that why there is a screw on side to fine-tune for more or lesser power?

I know this is an older video, but this helped me fall in love with the Masters. Thanks Larry! I like to tinker with my clippers and the Masters really have a lot of tuneability in them. I found after watching this, that I can run the power higher, with slightly higher tension and they really blast through hair. It effects heat slightly, but regular oiling definitely helps. I think this clipper is overlooked in 2023 because of their maintenance needs. I feel like its actually a benefit

Got so angry at my US bought Wahl (walmart) that I slammed it on bathroom counter hard enough to bust it into 100 pieces. Was new after breaking the last new pair! Lesson learned here is not anger management, but rather stay away from the shitty brand!
